It’s time for a mid-week reset, yeah?✨ For me, most definitely. I was starting to feel the pressure of the many unanswered emails/messages and a growing to-do list but despite not having the time, I gave myself 10 min. In the middle of my day to sit and meditate. Was it perfect? Certainly not. But just that short amount of time helped me to refocus my energy and re-align my mind with my body and with my heart. So, when I do respond to the messages and run my errands I’ll do so with my best awareness. Whether you take a few minutes to stretch mindfully or simply sit still watching your breath, it’s all good, those few minutes are sometimes the most productive. 🌹
