I was feeling I bit under the weather yesterday, there may have been some sickness brewing but more than likely it was just exhaustion. I was craving just miso broth but when I got home after teaching a late class and grocery shopping I was so starving so I made miso broth but added a bunch of healing veggies: kabocha squash, daikon, celery, cabbage, garlic, bella mushrooms with enoki mushrooms and green onions on top. I mixed in turmeric and cayenne to make sure I really knock out whatever was brewing under the surface. I was so full after one bowl. I had some tea, went to bed and got amazing sleep and woke up feeling better than ever! The solution to feeling better should start with things like food, rest and other holistic remedies. This soup was way better than a sleeping pill, an Advil or any other pharmaceutical junk🚫
